A fishing boat (4.9 ton) is attacked in Northern Island area and a person was shot dead by the Russian coast guards. It was a fishing boat for four persons and they were collecting crabs and octopuses.

It is not fair, the world is not fair -- the Japanese government does not even shoot at North Korean terrorist vessels equpped with rocket missiles and machine guns. The Japanese coast guards endured the North Koreans' attacks -- then fired around that boat.

We mourn for the fisherman.
