日本政府が、外交的に積極的に動いたことがない、ということに関する発言があった（衆議院）。

How could they do such a thing like burning our flags just because of the survey ships sent over Takeshima island? It IS rather insensitive act of theirs. How did they get the notion that burning flags would get them the island?
