The article says, that according to UNDP (United Nations Development Program) report, the embassies in Nigeria and Indonesia and UNDP office in Pyongyang in 1990's had been paying counterfeit money to its foreign employees. The UNDP is facing harsh criticism on its program in North Korea and being questioned about how long and how much it has known the North Korea's counterfeit problem.
