The Iranian government IS killing its citizens for having different opinions, which are to destroy such anti-muslim countries like Israel and others, including the 'countries' within its borders. Why should they differentiate its citizens from that of other countries? They went so far as to Iraq to kill Kurds. They fought the war against Iraq. The government itself took power by revolution. The IRGC is still active and is killing citizens. They are readying for the next war and posing defiant stance against the outside world. There is hardly any need for having N-programs other than the use of their own. They have been preparing for it for 18 years in secret, breaking the law set by IAEA. Iran IS a threat, and has been one for neighboring Sunni states.
